Privacy Policy

Anwar-e-Raza ERP (“the App”, “we”, “us”) is a school & madrasa management platform operated by the administration of Anwar-e-Raza (“the Institution”). This policy covers the web ERP at app.anwareraza.com, the Anwar-e-Raza Parents mobile app, and the Anwar-e-Raza Admin & Staff app.

• Account information: username, email, phone number, date of birth (used as the initial password) and role (parent, teacher, staff, admin).
• Student information: name, roll number, class/section, date of birth, guardian details, attendance, homework, marks and fees — entered by school staff.
• Usage information: sign-in times, actions performed inside the app (audit logs) and device/OS type.
• Device information (mobile apps only): push notification token (if you enable notifications) and app crash/diagnostic reports.

We do not collect precise GPS location, contacts, photos, microphone or SMS content.

• To provide school-management features to admins, teachers, staff and parents.
• To authenticate users and enforce role-based access.
• To send account-related notifications (attendance, homework, fee reminders, announcements).
• To maintain security, prevent misuse and keep audit logs.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use personal data for advertising.

Student records are created and managed by the Institution as part of its educational relationship with the student and their guardians. Parent accounts show data only for children linked to that parent. We do not directly collect information from children under 13; all student data is provided by the Institution.

• Data is stored on the Lovable Cloud backend (managed Postgres). Traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
• Access is protected by row-level security policies scoped to the user’s role and institution.
• Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing; we never store plaintext passwords.
• Only authorized staff of the Institution can view records for their students.

We share information only with service providers strictly needed to run the app:

• Lovable Cloud — hosting, database, authentication.
• Push notification providers (Firebase Cloud Messaging / Apple Push Notification service) when a mobile app is installed.

We do not share personal information with advertisers, data brokers or unrelated third parties.

Student, parent and staff records are retained for as long as the account is active with the Institution, plus a reasonable period afterwards for legal / academic-record purposes. Audit logs are retained for security and compliance. You can request deletion of your account as described below.

• View and update your profile information from inside the app.
• Request a copy of your personal data.
• Request correction or deletion of your data (subject to the Institution’s record-keeping obligations).
• Withdraw consent for push notifications from your device settings at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted in the app or on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
