Terms of Service

By creating an account, signing in, or using the Anwar-e-Raza ERP web app or the Anwar-e-Raza Parent / Staff mobile applications (together, “the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.

The Service is intended for administrators, teachers and staff of the Institution and for the parents/guardians of enrolled students. Accounts are created and authorised by the Institution. Unauthorised access is prohibited.

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
• You must promptly change the default password provided at first sign-in.
• You must notify the Institution immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

• Use the Service only for lawful, education-related purposes.
• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
• Do not upload malicious code, harass other users, or share content that is illegal, defamatory or infringes others’ rights.
• Do not share, redistribute or publish student data obtained through the Service.

Student, parent and staff records are the property of the Institution. The Service acts as the software platform through which the Institution stores and processes those records. Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be added, changed or removed. Scheduled maintenance may occur without prior notice.

The web ERP and mobile apps are provided free of charge to the Institution’s authorised users. Any tuition, admission or examination fees managed through the Service are transactions between the parent/guardian and the Institution.

The Institution may deactivate an account at any time (for example, when a student leaves the Institution or a staff member ends their engagement). You may request account deletion by contacting the Institution.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Institution and the Service operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the Institution’s principal place of operation. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
